TigerLogic announces availability of the new MVS Toolkit

Easily create and deploy Web Services from your D3 or mvBase database servers.
TigerLogic today announced the general availability of the new MVS Toolkit. The MVS Toolkit enables Pick developers to easily create and deploy multi-value Web Services for D3 9.0 and mvBase 3.0, exposing both Pick/BASIC subroutines and Access queries (AQL) as Web Services. The MVS Toolkit allows interaction with other applications in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.

Product Availability
The TigerLogic MVS Toolkit provides the ability to create Web Services for D3 versions 9.0 and above (AIX, Linux and Windows) and mvBase versions 3.0 and above. The TigerLogic MVS Toolkit includes two components - a graphical IDE and a Web Service Provider with a built-in Web Server - which can be installed separately.
Supported development and deployment platforms include the following:
MVS Toolkit IDE:
Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Vista, 7, Server 2003 and 2008 with the latest Service Pack (both 32-bit and 64-bit systems)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux/Cent OS 5.3 or later (32-bit systems only)
MVS Web Service Provider:
Microsoft Windows 7, Server 2003 and 2008 with the latest Service Pack (both 32-bit and 64-bit systems)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux/Cent OS 5.3 or later (both 32-bit and 64-bit systems)
The TigerLogic MVS Toolkit is free of charge to licensed D3 (versions 9.0 and above) and mvBase (versions 3.0 and above) database customers covered by a current TigerLogic Software Maintenance Agreement ("SMA"), and includes one (1) MVS Web Service Provider per D3 or mvBase database server (System ID) and the MVS Toolkit IDE.
