TData provides technical support for all of the products we supply. In addition, we facilitate and expedite the delivery of the manufacturer’s warranty for the products we supply. Our policy is to provide our customers with free installation support for 90 days from our invoice date on all products sold by us. After that time we reserve the right to charge for support.
All support calls must be logged. You may do so by email or directly on our web site if you have registered with us. Please provide us with:
- The product on which support is required
- The serial number of the product
- A description of the fault
- Information which helps to diagnose the problem such as operating system or driver version and so on
Once you log a call, we will communicate with you by email or telephone as it progresses to a solution.

By using the web site for your support requirements, you can review all of your jobs and look at various solutions from previous support calls.
*If you are already registered to use our support web site, you can login with User ID=email and with Password=email. You will then be prompted to enter your email address. Once you provide that information, you will be logged in.
